01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sunfinit.com or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02Eligibility & Business Use
Our services are for business customers in the solar and energy storage industry, including EPCs, developers, installers, IPPs, distributors, and manufacturers. You confirm that you are at least 18 and have authority to submit requests on behalf of your company.
03Our Services
Sunfinit LLC is a solar equipment sourcing, procurement, and brokerage company. We are not an online store or marketplace. We connect buyers with suppliers and sellers with buyers, and help coordinate communication and procurement between them. Unless agreed in writing, we do not manufacture, own, or warehouse the equipment, and the sale contract is between the buyer and the supplier.
04Quotes, Pricing & Availability
Pricing, availability, specifications, and lead times are based on supply partner information and may change without notice. A quote or sourcing response is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by the parties, and may be subject to credit approval, minimum quantities, and freight terms.
05Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and for confirming that equipment meets project, utility, permitting, incentive, and regulatory requirements, including origin, domestic content, tariff, and certification requirements, before purchase.
06Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must have the legal right to sell the equipment they submit and must describe it accurately, including brand, model, quantity, condition, location, and any defects or warranty limits. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their submissions.
07Third-Party Brands & Suppliers
Manufacturer and brand names shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or authorized-dealer status. Transactions with third-party suppliers are subject to those suppliers’ own terms, warranties, and policies.
08Fees & Compensation
Sunfinit may be compensated by buyers, sellers, or suppliers for its brokerage and sourcing services. Any fees or commissions that apply to a transaction will be communicated before you commit.
09Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law.
10Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to Sunfinit LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
11Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee supply, pricing, delivery dates, or the condition or performance of any equipment. See our Disclaimer.
12Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunfinit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or project delays, arising from use of this website or from transactions between parties we help connect. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees, if any, paid to Sunfinit for the services giving rise to the claim.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sunfinit LLC harmless from claims arising from your submissions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
14Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sunfinit LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
15Changes & Severability
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
