Shipping & Delivery Policy

How equipment is shipped, delivered, and received through Sunfinit.

Last updated: October 2026

01How Shipping Works

Sunfinit does not operate its own warehouse or fleet. Equipment is shipped by the supplier or by a freight carrier arranged by the supplier, by you, or with our coordination, depending on what is agreed for your order.

02Delivery Locations

We support projects across the U.S. solar market. Delivery location, site access, and unloading requirements should be provided with your request so freight can be quoted accurately.

03Lead Times & Estimates

Lead times and delivery dates are estimates based on supplier and carrier information. They are not guaranteed and may change due to production, inventory, weather, carrier capacity, customs, or other factors outside our control.

04Freight Costs & Terms

Freight may be included in the quote or billed separately. Shipping terms, such as FOB origin or delivered, and who arranges and pays for freight will be stated in your quote or purchase documents.

05Title & Risk of Loss

Transfer of title and risk of loss is determined by the agreed shipping terms and the supplier’s sales terms. Please confirm these before placing an order, especially for large or high-value shipments.

06Receiving Equipment

The receiving party is responsible for unloading, inspection, and secure storage. Please inspect on delivery, note any damage or shortages on the carrier paperwork, and report issues as described in our Return & Cancellation Policy.

07Delays

We will keep you informed of known delays and help coordinate with suppliers and carriers. Sunfinit is not liable for delays or losses caused by suppliers, carriers, or events beyond our control.
